TOO COOL! Amazing!

Cassette tapes are near extinction, considering CDs, DVDs, Blue Ray and other innovative disk coming along. And the following skeleton is one wacky creation for this statement. The creation belongs to Brian Dettmer, I guy famous for altering common media such as old books, maps, record albums, and cassette tapes and transforming them into works of art. The following skeleton is currently on display at the International Museum of Surgical Science.

FANTASTIC!

The Martyr lamp designed by the UK design group The Play Coalition. It is definitely a lamp “that’s hanging on for dear life”. Fun little concept that would work well in an room that didn’t much in the way of furniture. The only thing that would worry me is that light bulbs can get pretty hot, I wouldn’t recommend this if you had a little kid running around.

When a website makes a claim like, ‘Whatever You Need, It’s On Us’, you’d expect there to be some out clauses right? It’s one thing to hook you up with tampons, chocolate bars and glasses of Moet, but there’s a line drawn somewhere surely…

Not if you’re Flossie.com!

When we said it, we meant it!

So, to prove it, we’ve brought the women of New Zealand something a little bit special. A little custom-made. A little outside the square.

A big vending machine, packed full of real, live single men (and a few vibrators) to satisfy women of all ages.

It didn’t happen overnight though. First we had to find the men!
The audition process was hilarious – think Idol, but with a slightly different skew, a lineup of talented, eligible, mostly attractive men!

This is a REALLY AWESOME idea!!!
I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!
